Authorization Fail

I have the free version installed, a proper Abstract ID created as well, but I can’t open the software because I get “Authorization failed” every time, even though I can see I have a license on the user account? Any ideas why?

Same problem. I registered, but the website in the profile showed some kind of error, and then the login itself failed.
