Full Screen Paint Mode

Option to enter a full screen paint mode where most of the UI disappears to give maximum screen real estate for painting.

Justification

This is useful for people that manually paint on meshes with graphics tablets. This is common practice in most painting / photo editing apps.

Implementation Details

Usually invoked with the “Tab” hotkey. Images show the default layout and the proposed layout when full screen mode is entered.

I wanted to mention that it is possible to maximize the viewport by hiding both the left and right panels. To hide a panel, toggle it by clicking on an active panel’s icon or use its hotkey.
