Additional Brush Dynamics for Hue, Brightness and Saturation, to add to the existing ones of Size, Flow , Pos+Rot, would be great.
Justification
Hue, Brightness, Saturation Dynamics/Jitter are very useful during painting organic or stylized models. Certain other programs offer this, as it is a very artist friendly, hands on way of working, with natural or painterly feeling results otherwise not possible. It would extend MAT to offer more painterly approaches. Stylized models, but also more realistic character or creature skin would benefit from this. But not only. It would be a means to add more color variation to any model to make it feel more organic, without having to go through hoops of layering a lot of colors procedurally and trying to make those feel “painted” or natural, but instead, let the user paint those variations onto the model by hand naturally if he wants to.
Implementation Details
Would be great if those could be offered as brush dynamics, just like Size,Flow, Pos and Rot currently are. Hue, Brightness, Saturation could be varied during a brush stroke. A % Slider with the range of how wide the spectrum/MinMax is randomized would be needed for each, just like present for the already existing dynamics. The ability to be driven by Pen Pressure would be a crazy cherry on top. I don’t think any other 3d painting app has that for HSL dynamics.
