I create project by Muti-Material (Unified) Mode. But, UDIM is not applied!
Hello @keiiketani,
Apologies for the delay in response as many of us were at SIGGRAPH this past week. Could you show the setup of how your materials are assigned to the model as well the the layout for the UVs?
For Multi-Material (Unified) projects, each material section should be applied to different portions of the mesh, and the UVs should be unwrapped for each material section.
Thanks!
I apologize for the delay in confirming this. Here is the model.
Hello @keiiketani,
Thanks for sharing the model. This model appears to be set up for multiple UDIMs. Instead of configuring the Layering project for Multi-Material (Unified), you can set the Layering project Type
to UDIM
.
This should allow you to texture the model with one layer stack for all UDIM tiles.
Multi-Material (Unified) mode brings the UDIM workflow to meshes configured for multiple material sections/texture sets. In this case, the model is set up with multiple UDIMs, so it showed unexpected results when texturing with that Layering project type.
