I downloaed instalod and it gave a trojan i qurantined it so am i fine

Do not download InstaLOD or other software from unofficial sites. If you download it from our servers, you’ll get a code-sign executable that is free of any malicious software.
If you downloaded from our website, then yes, it’s a false-positive.
On a side note, what AV software is reporting this? Maybe we can contact them. Also, I’ve edit your title a bit for clarity.
