Purchase successful but did not download installer

Hi,

I wanted to try InstaMat with the Pioneer license and I was able to setup an Abstract ID and in the store it said “the purchase was processed successfully”. But there was no download of the installer, where can I find it?

Hello @julzH and welcome to our community!

Now that you’ve set up an Abstract ID, you should be able to log into your account either by:

  1. Clicking on the Account button in the nav bar at InstaMaterial.com

  2. Or by going directly to https://cloud.instamat.io/

Once logged in you should be able to download InstaMAT Studio for macOS or Windows.
