Purchase was successful but license is not created

Hi, there. I want to support your app but after successful purchase, license is not created. Maybe its happened becouse my country is not in the list. I done that I always did: just click another country and pay =)

I pressed refund. But this isn’t neccessery to moneyback. Just want to know when app will be accessable in Ukraine? Or is it possible to subscribe from Ukraine with another way?

When transacting a product, your payment needs to settle with our payment processor. When those funds have settled, you will receive your license details via email.
This typically takes up to a day, but can vary.

I recieved refund. But is this possible to purchase subscription from my country?

Thank you for your patience while we continued to look into this matter. Ukraine is now available as an option in the shop. You should be able to successfully purchase a subscription.

As I mentioned earlier, after purchase it is best to wait for the payment to settle with our payment processor. Once the funds have settled, you will receive your license details via email.
