Regarding the issue of the camera viewpoint returning to the fixed position every time after undo redo.

Resetting the preferences did not help. My system requirements and the version of InstaMAT I am using are as shown in the attached image.

Is this a specification? Or is it a bug? If it is a bug, could it be improved in the future?

Please excuse the question, which is difficult to understand due to the DEEPL machine translation.

Hello @dynah and welcome to our community!

Thank you for mentioning this behavior. I will bring it up internally.

May I please ask which InstaMAT project type you were using while this was occurring? I was able to reproduce this when working in a Material Layering project.

Thanks!

Sorry for the addition.

The same result occurred in Element Graph.

It is no problem at all!

May I please ask what the steps are to reproduce this in the Element Graph?

Thanks!

Thank you very much.

When I create an Element graph as usual, place a node, and press ctrl + Z, etc., the camera viewpoint flies away.

Please find attached the relevant data.

Is this just my environment?

Hello @dynah,

Thank you for providing the additional information about the Element graph and your InstaMAT package file.

Unfortunately, I’m still unable to reproduce the behavior in the Element graph. I’ve opened your graph, moved the viewport camera, added a node, and performed an undo operation. The camera still remains where it was for me. Could you perhaps create a quick screen recording that demonstrates the steps involved?

Thanks again!

Thank you for your thoughtful response!

I, too, checked again now and maybe it was just my imagination.

Pressing ctrl + Z did not change the viewpoint.

Sorry for the trouble.
