Split Panel for Multi channel Brush from Layer Panel

Hi I want to split the panel where mutli channel brush and the layers are residing.

Justification

This would allow us to see more of our created layers and split those two panels from each other.

Implementation

A button could split the panel allowing it to be docked next to the layer stack. Optionally the multi channel brush panel could be tied to a hotkey for floating next to the mouse.
