Suggestion to improve navigation in 3d viewport.

With large objects in 3d viewport there is a small problem - due to the lack of zoom pitch control, the camera flies through the object or does not fly at all to the desired distance. From the keyboard is still more or less navigation (although the problem above remains), but on the mouse wheel step is very large. And I would like to add Q and E to the navigation by default to move as on the clamped mouse wheel.
