I would like to tell you a story about when I created my account so that I don’t have to chill out when someone else runs into the same problem.
As soon as I heard the news of the InstaMAT release, I immediately tried to create an account to try it out.
However, I never received an email to create an account. I tried this and that to see if I had the wrong address, but still no email.
I was depressed that I must have done something wrong.
When I checked my e-mail again in the evening, I found that the e-mail had arrived and the procedure went smoothly.
I realized that when mail does not arrive, it is best to take a break and have a cup of tea.
I hope my failure will be helpful to someone.
We sent out soo many emails in the first days that outlook etc. throttled us. We reached out to them and the situation should be resolving now!
